This position is a hybrid or remote opportunity for the employees of the RC US DI FIN organization. <div><div><div>Responsibilities: </div><div>Management Reporting </div><div><ul><li>Prepare insightful standard and ad hoc financial reports and executive commentary on P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow performance to include storyline, risks and opportunities, and performance analysis. </li><li>Responsible for entering, tracking, administration, updating and reporting PUMA measures, collaborating with HQ colleagues, Zone US, etc. </li><li>Prepare various standard and ad hoc financial reports, reporting packages, as well as KPIs to provide meaningful and accurate financial information. </li><li>Collaborate closely with Sales FIN and Solution Execution to align and understand growth opportunities, risks, large revenue project timelines, and performance analysis.  </li><li>Prepare and maintain risks and opportunities register to provide insightful and meaningful data to enable data-driven decision-making. </li><li>Support and collaborate with Zone US, HQ on standard and ad hoc requests to meet deadlines timely. </li><li>Complete month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings tasks which include but not limited to: KPIs tracking, monthly journal entries, and other required reporting deliverables for PC. </li><li>Ensure clean books and records, maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy. </li><li>Identify areas to optimize via data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trends to drive financial performance. </li></ul></div></div><div><div>Financial Governance </div><div><ul><li>Drive governance-related topics and facilitate actions required to align with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG). </li><li>Complete month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings tasks which include but not limited to: monthly journal entries, KPIs reporting, ADSTAR, transfer price reviews and balance sheet reviews. </li><li>Coordinate and lead all internal and external audit/internal control (RIC) and support audit activities within DI US LCB. </li><li>Prepare various standard and ad hoc financial reports, as well as KPIs to provide meaningful and accurate financial information. </li><li>Ensure clean books and records, maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy. </li><li>Identify areas to optimize via data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trends to drive financial performance. </li></ul></div><div>Central Support Functions </div><div><ul><li>Lead and prepare the cost allocation process /OpCo costs across DI US LCB. </li><li>Responsible for cost controlling, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of performance across DI US LCB and Zone US.  </li><li>Support and facilitate cost synergy activities across DI US LCB. </li><li>Collaborate closely with BA and Solution Execution to understand risks and project related NCCs for tracking and reporting to provide transparency and performance.  </li><li>Complete month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings tasks which include but not limited to: KPIs tracking, monthly journal entries, and other required reporting deliverables for PC. </li><li>Prepare various standard and ad hoc financial reports, as well as KPIs to provide meaningful and accurate financial information. </li><li>Ensure clean books and records, maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy. </li><li>Identify areas to optimize via data gathering, root cause analysis, and dynamic business landscape. </li><li>Complete ownership and self-starter</li></ul></div><div><ul><li> </li></ul>Basic Qualifications:</div></div></div><ul><li>Currently an employee of the RC US DI FIN organization</li> <li>8+ years of corporate experience in financial planning, analysis, and business modeling.</li> <li>Experience in Performance Controlling.</li> <li>BS/BA degree from an accredited university.</li> <li>Demonstrated success working with multiple functions in Finance and Technical organizations.</li> <li>Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.</li> <li>Ability to travel occasionally (less than 20%).</li> </ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul> <li>Expertise in advanced reporting tools and data visualization (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).</li> <li>Full ownership and self-starter mentality.</li> <li>Enthusiastic and fast learner with the ability to break down complex assignments.</li> </ul>
