Remote eligibility applies to current Siemens employees or individuals with a demonstrated history of success in remote work environments.</strong></div><div><span><br /></span></div><div><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>   <ul><li><span>Lead and drive system governance and digital reporting related topics and initiatives across DI US LCB. </span></li><li><span>Coordinate planning process, including the monthly forecast process as well as annual budget process. Ensure process and content alignment within DI US LCB. </span></li><li>Develop and implement enhanced reporting and financial processes via the use of digitalization tools and strong operational process understanding. </li><li><span>Identify areas to optimize via data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trends to drive financial performance. </span></li><li><span>Responsible for data validations and data transfers in month-end and forecast processes between ESPRIT/Smart Reporting, SAP, and SAC. </span></li><li><span>Prepare various standard and ad hoc financial reports, trend reports, as well as KPIs to provide meaningful and accurate financial information. </span></li><li><span>Leverage Technology with Purpose by strategically using digital tools and AI prediction models, to enhance financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting to ensure the organization is equipped to solve real-world challenges. </span></li><li><span>Complete month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings tasks which include but not limited to: KPIs tracking, monthly journal entries, and other required reporting deliverables for PC. </span></li><li><span>Drive and streamline synergies for reporting within PC team for optimal financial performance. </span></li><li><span>Ensure clean books and records, maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy. </span></li><li><span>Support and collaborate with Zone US, HQ on standard and ad hoc requests to meet deadlines timely. </span></li><li><span>Possess thorough understanding of financial standards to ensure proper accounting, controlling and reporting. </span></li><li><span>Maintain a growth mindset in own work, team, and cross-functionally in a dynamic business landscape. </span></li><li>Complete ownership and self-starter. </li></ul></span><span><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></span><span><ul><li><span>7+ years of corporate experience in financial planning, analysis, and business modeling. </span></li><li><span>Experience in Performance Controlling. </span></li><li><span>BS/BA degree from an accredited university. </span></li><li><span>Demonstrated success working with multiple functions in Finance. </span></li><li><span>Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future. </span></li><li>Ability to travel occasionally (less than 20%). </li></ul></span><span><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </span><span><br /></span><span><ul><li><span>Expertise in advanced reporting tools and data visualization (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau). </span></li><li><span>Full ownership and self-starter mentality. </span></li><li><span>Enthusiastic and fast learner with the ability to break down complex assignments. </span></li></ul></span><span></span><span></span><span></span><span></span><span></span></div><div><p><span><span></span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><strong>About Siemens: </strong></p></div></div><div><div><div><div><p>We are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
