The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor degree in Finance/ Accounting with a solid business understanding and previous work experience of 8+ years in financial reporting and consolidation, technical accounting and process improvement. Primary responsibilities of the position are reporting of financial results in all relevant IT applications, month end close, coordinate and steer the forecast and budget reporting process of Russelectric and identify and drive process improvements.</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><span>Lead the overall month end closing process for the Russelectric Finance organization which crosses SAP and all other reporting tools</span></li><li><span>Act as contact point for external and internal audit topics and coordination across Electrical Products (EP) Finance to ensure timely submission.</span></li><li><span>Manage the monthly and quarterly balance sheet review process.</span></li><li>Oversee governance-related topics and facilitate actions required to align with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG) within EP Finance.</li><li><span>Contribute to the design, development, implementation and testing of Russelectric’s internal controls</span></li><li><span>Support and drive sales and cost synergy activities</span></li><li><span>Responsible for cost center management within Russlectric including actuals, forecast and annual budget.</span></li><li><span>Prepare various standard and ad hoc financial reports as well as KPIs to provide meaningful and accurate financial information to for the Russelectric organization P&amp;L and Balance Sheet</span></li><li>Continuously enhance and improve reporting process and standard reports to achieve highest data quality and meet any given deadline.<span></span></li><li>applying data analysis and visualization tools, such as Knime, Medix and Tableau.</li><li><span>Collaborate effectively with the other team members, Russelectric’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Business Unit (BU) management, BU performance controlling, Division management, Central Functions and other Stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Responsible to perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop and own appropriate process changes.</span></li><li><div>Oversee all financial operations, including billing, margin, cost center and cash flow ownership for the FS business</div></li></ul><strong><div><div><br /></div></div>You will impress us with the following qualifications:</strong></div></div><div><br /></div><div><strong>Basic qualifications:<br /></strong><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting/Finance/Business Excellence.</li></ul><strong><div><br /></div><div>Preferred qualifications:</div></strong><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-cultural business environment</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fluid environment</li><li>Strong detail orientation</li><li>Proven experience in identifying and leading process improvement across virtual teams.</li><li>Must take ownership and responsibilities of assigned task</li><li>Ability to effectively manage ambiguity, change &amp; motivate and engage others</li><li>Ability to learn and lead process improvement using new reporting tools such as but not limited to Dash Reporting, WebFocus, Fiori, Tableu</li><li>Preferred knowledge in Regulated Investment Companies (RIC)</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>Extensive Knowledge in SAP Finance and Logistical processes</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><strong><span><br /></span></strong></p><p><strong><span>You’ll benefit from:</span></strong><span></span></p><ul><li>Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees.
