The IT Sys Admin will be on the front lines of Postman’s IT Support systems. You’ll provide world-class tech support to fellow Postmanauts in need of help. As the face of IT, the IT Sys Admin must have strong technical troubleshooting abilities, be self-motivated, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interact with a combination of technical and non-technical departments. The primary task of this position will be to troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues, install/configure and support the endpoints, set up workstations within our offices, and assisting with day-to-day operations for Postman’s Global IT infrastructure to provide growth for Postman’s initiatives. This role will require the candidate to be onsite at our Banglore office three days a week.</p> <h2><strong>What Youll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>Provide support to remote and on-site users, including onboarding, installing, and upgrading software, Hardware setup, and configuring systems, workstations, and applications.</p> </li> <li> <p>Investigate and diagnose problems quickly and efficiently and coordinate with other engineers or 3rd parties as needed to resolve them.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with team members in different departments and time zones efficiently and effectively.</p> </li> <li> <p>Design, Architect, and administration of enterprise-wide applications used for productivity &amp; collaboration (GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian, Okta)</p> </li> <li> <p>Create and Update Knowledge base articles and self-service documentation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Account life cycle management from news hires to account/application deactivations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Design and implement efficient and scalable identity and access management solutions and processes</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure <span><span><span>SLA</span></span></span>’s are well defined (and met) as related to current and future workload volumes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Independently research and provide both business and technical solutions based on and related to internal customer needs and specifications and deploy them into our production infrastructure.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with IT leadership by proposing the use of new services to maximize productivity and efficiency.</p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>About You</strong></h2> <ul> <li> <p>You have 3 to 5 years of experience working with productivity and collaboration toolsets.</p> </li> <li> <p>Solid understanding of <span><span><span>SAAS</span></span></span> Applications, GSuite, Okta, Slack, Jamf, Intune, Mac OS, and Windows OS.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience using <span><span><span>ITSM</span></span></span> tools for ticket tracking Jira, ServiceNow, etc.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to perform in-depth research and troubleshooting for complex technical issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong time management and organization skills; able to prioritize multiple requests effectively.</p> </li> <li> <p>Highly self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently, identify opportunities and develop new ideas for efficiencies.
