The world can’t wait.You Have:<ul><li>Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, including Citrix, VMware, or vSphere</li><li>Experience with trouble shooting customer issues with software on both desktop and laptop computers</li><li>Experience administering Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, including Active Directory, group policy, and file and folder permissions in a secure or enterprise environment</li><li>Experience with IC information technology, including Linux and Windows, and security processes, including configuration management, continuous monitoring, and assessment and authorization</li><li>Knowledge of STIGs</li><li>Ability to follow guidance to support system compliance</li><li>Ability to assist in managing and maintaining Windows-based systems, including configuration, patching, and system monitoring</li><li>TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph</li><li>Bachelors degree and 2+ years of experience with system administration, or 5+ years of experience with system administration in lieu of a degree</li><li>DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant Certification, such as Security+ CE Certification</li></ul>Nice If You Have:<ul><li>Experience collaborating with Government staff, other contractors, and external IT partners to deliver innovative and effective IT solutions to business and mission challenges</li><li>Experience creating, escalating, and resolving IT help desk tickets using a ticketing application</li><li>Experience creating and documenting IT standard operating procedures</li><li>Experience supporting web applications and documenting technical processes or troubleshooting steps</li><li>Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting tools to automate tasks</li><li>Ability to learn and apply technical research to solve problems</li><li>Ability to collaborate in a team setting</li><li>Possession of strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li><li>Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating clearly with teammates and leadership</li></ul>Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
