At Palantir, we work hard to support all of our team members in our shared pursuit of the mission – and as a People Operations Specialist, youll be instrumental in making that happen.</div><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own end-to-end operational workflows that enable business outcomes and deliver value to employees. </li><li>Ensure a smooth employee experience from the very beginning of a new Palantirian’s journey. The People Operations team is a critical gateway to helping employees connect with the valuable resources we offer throughout their tenure, starting at the initial offer letter phase.</li><li>Identify areas of opportunity to streamline workflows and optimize operational programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.</li><li>Dive in and leverage People data to answer questions coming from the business. </li><li>Manage programs across the People Operations team - this could be anything from vendor management to building SOPs/new workflows to meet emerging business needs.</li><li>Establish and maintain  trust and credibility across all levels of the company.</li></ul><h3>What We Value</h3><ul><li>Ability to independently manage competing priorities, including self-driven projects and collaborative team efforts.</li><li>Clear and concise verbal and written communication. Ability to collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders - including technical and business teams.</li><li>Ability to manage high-volume workstreams while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Track record of driving process improvements and identifying ways to optimize workflows over time, enhancing either the employee or operator’s experience. </li><li>Adaptable and confident in navigating a rapidly changing work environment while solving open-ended problems  through operational solutions and streamlined processes. </li><li>Adept at acting upon feedback and maneuvering challenging and nuanced situations with tact.</li></ul><h3>What We Require</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience in a similar role in a Human Resources/People team.</li></ul><div><b>Salary</b></div><div><br /></div><div>The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $75,000 - $103,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
