We value building deep connections with the business to enable employees to go where they’re needed most to focus on the problems they are best equipped to solve.</div><div><br /></div><div>As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will be part of a team of individuals who are just as passionate about supporting our employees as they are about Palantir’s mission. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of employee mobility in close coordination with our internal partners and external immigration counsel. You will build and maintain mobility workflows and frameworks that support our immigration practices, iterating and building resources in line with the company mission.</div><div><br /></div><div>This position is based in our London office and you may be required to travel occasionally to Palantir offices in the United States and EMEA.</div><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end global mobility processes, including international assignments, transfers, and permanent relocations.</li><li>Manage relationships and liaise with our external partners and internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.</li><li>Establish and maintain our long-term mobility strategy to ensure Palantir is set up for success globally.</li><li>Develop and maintain global mobility policies and procedures in line with our company mission and culture.</li><li>Utilise mobility metrics to drive key insights and decisions around movement of talent.</li></ul><h3>What We Value</h3><ul><li>Strong organisational skills and proven ability to track and deliver across competing priorities.</li><li>Ability to problem solve and calibrate with stakeholders while navigating ambiguous situations.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion to provide exceptional customer service and an ability to engage with all types of customers, external vendors, and authorities.</li><li>Strong contributor and team player who takes ownership of tasks and delivers high-quality results.</li><li>Background in the tech sector is a plus.</li><li>Ability to travel occasionally.</li></ul><h3>What We Require</h3><ul><li>4+ years of relocation/immigration experience with demonstrated experience in one or more jurisdictions (Europe, Middle East, APAC); 2+ years of in-house corporate mobility experience strongly preferred.</li><li>General understanding of tax and payroll implications of cross state/country moves.</li></ul><div><b><span>Life at Palantir</span></b></div><div><br /></div><div>We want every Palantirian to achieve their best outcomes, that’s why we celebrate individuals’ strengths, skills, and interests, from your first interview to your longterm growth, rather than rely on traditional career ladders.
