This position will report into both the Global Mobility and Immigration Solutions teams in a matrixed structure and play a critical role in supporting both international assignments and employment-based immigration matters, with a strong focus on Poland and the broader European region.This is a unique opportunity for a well-rounded mobility and immigration professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, is confident managing complex cases independently, and excels in stakeholder collaboration.Position Responsibilities:Global Mobility (50%)<ul><li>Manage end-to-end international assignments, relocations, and group moves in line with Boeing’s policies and employee experience standards.</li><li>Provide expert guidance on expatriate payroll, mobility tax, social security, and compliance matters.</li><li>Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, Tax, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated mobility solutions.</li><li>Lead or support global and regional mobility projects aimed at improving the assignment lifecycle.</li><li>Manage and oversee mobility service vendors; ensure performance meets KPIs, SLAs, and employee expectations.</li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for escalations, resolution of service issues, and continuous process improvement.</li><li>Contribute to the ongoing review and enhancement of mobility policies, tools, and communications.</li><li>Partner with HR and Talent teams to align mobility strategies with workforce planning and business needs.</li></ul>Immigration (50%)<ul><li>Act as Boeing’s subject matter expert on Polish immigration law and support immigration cases across Europe.</li><li>Independently manage employment-based immigration cases, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness.</li><li>Advise business leaders, HR, and employees on immigration strategies aligned with program timelines and legal requirements.</li><li>Support and oversee business travel screening processes, helping identify and mitigate immigration risk.</li><li>Deliver internal training and guidance on immigration compliance to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business teams.</li><li>Manage relationships with external immigration counsel; oversee service delivery and resolve escalations.</li><li>Represent Boeing before Polish immigration authorities as needed; support audits, site visits, and government inquiries.</li><li>Identify gaps and recommend improvements in immigration services, vendor performance, and internal processes.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Legal, Global Mobility, Tax, and Government Affairs to ensure consistent and compliant immigration support.</li></ul>​This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Gdansk, Poland.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):<ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>In-depth understanding of Polish and broader European immigration frameworks.</li><li>Proven ability to manage high-volume immigration and mobility caseloads with precision and timeliness.</li><li>Significant experience in global mobility operations, including relocation management, expatriate payroll, tax, and compliance.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate independently and manage projects across global geographies.</li><li>Experience managing third-party vendors, monitoring service quality, and driving resolution of escalations.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across HR, Legal, and business functions.</li><li>Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and evolving environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in global mobility and immigration, with demonstrated ability to handle complex cases independently.</li><li>Experience with project management tools and methodologies.</li><li>Track record of driving process improvements in global mobility and/or immigration.</li><li>Experience in delivering training or knowledge-sharing sessions to internal stakeholders.</li><li>Familiarity with audit support, regulatory inspections, and vendor governance frameworks.</li><li>Ability to influence and navigate complex organizational structures.</li></ul>Work Authorization:This requisition is for a locally hired position in Poland.
