Order.co has been proudly named as a 50 to Watch by Spend Matters and a Best Place to Work by BuiltIn.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for a trailblazing Demand Generation Manager to to drive pipeline growth for <a href="http://order.co">Order.co</a> by:</p><ul><li>Generating pipeline from marketing channels in <a href="http://order.co">Order.co</a>’s core ICP and emerging industry verticals</li><li>Building <a href="http://order.co">Order.co</a>’s ABM strategy across channels in alignment with SDR &amp; AE team vertical strategy</li><li>Managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Gartner (Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp), LinkedIn Ads, media partners, and other networks deemed effective</li><li>Partnering with <a href="http://order.co">Order.co</a>’s SEO &amp; Content agency to drive top of funnel demand through organic search and LLMs</li><li>Owning conversion rate optimization and SEO of core website pages</li><li>Working with SDR &amp; AE teams to optimize follow-up to accelerate pipeline</li><li>Collaborating with <a href="http://order.co">Order.co</a>’s Growth Marketing Lead on lead/account nurturing, email, social, webinar, and content campaigns to drive demand</li><li>Advise on event marketing strategy as it supports ABM efforts</li><li>Reporting on results of campaigns and optimizing channels over time</li><li>Owing the pipeline goal for inbound and paid marketing channels</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Please note, </strong><a href="http://order.co"><strong>Order.co</strong></a><strong> is based in New York, NY but this is a fully remote position reporting to </strong><a href="http://order.co"><strong>Order.co</strong></a><strong>’s Director of Revenue Marketing &amp; Operations based in Chicago, IL.</strong></li><li>Experience in paid search, SEO, and conversion rate optimization</li><li>Familiarity with HubSpot and other marketing automation tools</li><li>Interest or experience in marketing to retail, property management, hospitality, cannabis, healthcare, wellness, non-profits, and/or fitness</li><li>Interest or experience in marketing finance and/or operations software</li><li>Ability to execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channels</li><li>Capacity to effectively allocate resources, prioritize initiatives, and meet deadlines</li><li>Capable of working cross functionally to meet demand targets</li><li>Intrinsic motivation and an ability to work both independently as well as in a group setting</li><li>Default to curiosity, creative problem-solving, and hands-on learning</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What you’ll receive</strong></p><ul><li>A competitive compensation package including stock options</li><li>Robust medical, dental, vision, and wellness benefits</li><li>Flexible time off policies</li><li>Employer-sponsored 401(k)</li><li>The anticipated pay range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
