UNICEF, Obama Foundation, the Alzheimers Association, and many others leverage our platform for their online fundraising needs.</p> <h4>About This Role</h4> <p>We’re seeking a highly motivated Marketing Programs Manager with 3–5 years building and executing multi‑channel campaigns across both inbound and outbound motions. Youll play a critical role in turning marketing strategy and business objectives into actionable campaign plans, managing execution across teams and channels, and reporting on results. This is a fast-paced opportunity to plan, coordinate  and execute integrated marketing programs across email, paid search, paid social, webinars and digital content, while collaborating closely with content, sales and marketing ops teams.</p> <h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4> <ul> <li>Translate strategic marketing goals into actionable campaign plans and integrated programs.</li> <li>Plan and run holistic demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and landing pages.</li> <li>Design campaigns with an experience-led mindset, prioritizing the target audience’s journey, needs, and preferences at each stage of the funnel.</li> <li>Collaborate with a leading demand generation agency to scale media execution, creative testing, and campaign strategy.</li> <li>Support outbound campaign efforts targeting segmented accounts with personalized messaging and campaign execution.</li> <li>Partner with content, creative, and product marketing teams to develop assets and ensure cohesive storytelling across touchpoints.</li> <li>Oversee timelines, creative and content deliverables, campaign logistics, and launch schedules.</li> <li>Coordinate with marketing ops to ensure lead flow, tracking, and reporting processes are aligned.</li> <li>Analyze results and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, workflows, and audience targeting.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with content, product marketing, design, sales, and operations teams.</li> </ul> <h4>Skills and Qualifications:</h4> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, spanning campaign planning, execution, and paid ad management.</li> <li>Hands-on familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and paid media platforms.</li> <li>Proven ability to plan, launch and optimize multi‑channel B2B campaigns with measurable results.</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset, data fluency, and experience interpreting campaign performance.</li> <li>Excellent project coordination skills - organized, detail-oriented, proactive.</li> <li>Effective cross-functional communicator, able to work with creative/content and sales teams.</li> </ul> <h4>Benefits: </h4> <p>Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary</p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.</li> <li>FSA Spending Account.</li> <li>Remote or Hybrid work.
