You will lead a team of talented professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and achieve our collective goals. </span></div><h3>Main Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Act as the voice of the customer to identify product challenges and growth opportunities.</li><li>Craft product positioning, messaging, and segmentation strategies.</li><li>Develop pricing and packaging strategies based on customer and market insights.</li><li>Align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps and business objectives.</li><li>Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain differentiation.</li><li>Build sales enablement materials to support acquisition and retention efforts.</li><li>Collaborate on content strategies for thought leadership and brand awareness.</li><li>Mentor and lead a high-performing product marketing team.</li></ul><h3>Core Requirements:</h3><ul><li>3+ years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.</li><li>Strong background in go-to-market strategy, positioning, and pricing.</li><li>Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.</li><li>Data-driven approach to market analysis and customer insights.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English skills.</li><li>Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and team development.</li></ul><h3>Salary Range:</h3><ul><li>Gross Salary 3800-5100 EUR/Month.</li></ul>
