We’re just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.</div>Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing and Enablement, the Lead Product Marketing Manager for Data Products and Research will serve as the strategic marketing partner for our Data Products and HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) teams. This East Coast–based role (NYC preferred) is part of the Product Marketing team and plays a key role in shaping how Spring Health communicates the power of our data, pricing, and clinical research to the market. What You’ll Be Doing <ul> <li>Develop and maintain a compelling value story that reflects Spring Health’s ongoing data innovation and evolving methodologies</li> <li>Translate complex HEOR research and outcomes studies into simple, compelling messaging and market-facing assets for prospects, customers, and ecosystem partners</li> <li>Equip revenue  teams with the tools and language needed to confidently explain pricing models to prospective and current customers, as well as consultants</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, HEOR, Marketing, and Enablement to align messaging and support strategic GTM initiatives</li> <li>Partner with growth marketing to increase the visibility and credibility of Spring Health’s research in the market</li> </ul> What Success Looks Like <ul> <li>Strong win rates influenced by clear articulation of product value and ROI</li> <li>Market recognition of Spring Health’s value story as category-leading</li> <li>Effective and widespread distribution of HEOR research that builds brand credibility</li> <li>Consistent internal alignment and understanding of pricing strategy</li> <li>Creation of impactful sales and marketing materials that accelerate deal cycles</li> </ul> Qualifications Required: <ul> <li>7–10 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or data-driven organizations</li> <li>Demonstrated success in messaging technical and research-based content to non-technical audiences</li> <li>Experience partnering with data science, clinical, or research teams to bring insights to market</li> <li>Proven ability to support pricing and value communication in enterprise sales cycles</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts</li> <li>Strong collaboration skills with a track record of cross-functional leadership</li> </ul> Preferred: <ul> <li>Familiarity with HEOR, health analytics, or economic outcomes research</li> <li>Background in employer services or digital health solutions</li> <li>Experience working with GTM and enablement teams to scale adoption of complex products</li> </ul> The target base salary range for this position is $147,800 - $184,750, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
