We’re accomplishing this by expanding our advertising demand sources through partnerships with third-party ad platforms and working closely with Agencies and media companies who manage performance marketing budgets.</p> <p>As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, API Feeds &amp; Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our third-party ad demand program through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective go-to-market strategies. You will partner closely with product leadership to set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Martech ads solutions and ensure future investment in solutions are positioned effectively and successfully in the market. <br /><br /></p> <p><strong>What youll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>As a product marketing manager, you are responsible for:</li> <ul> <li>Shaping our product direction through market analysis, research and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Design teams</li> <li>Defining positioning, go-to-market messaging and launch plans for new advertising solutions that unlock meaningful value for our advertisers and contribute to key growth goals</li> <li>Overseeing the creation of narratives and playbooks to help advertisers adopt core best practices for feed management across our platform</li> <li>Understanding the needs of different audience segments and personas and creating tailored programs and plans that help drive partner enabled adoption and revenue</li> <li>Assessing the capabilities and value proposition of our advertising solutions through strategic, qualitative, and quantitative analysis</li> <li>Developing market expertise to inform business requirements for new products</li> <li>Serving as an advocate for our customers; demonstrating broad expertise and empathy for customer pain points</li> <li>Driving cross-functional alignment throughout the go-to-market process, tracking success metrics accordingly</li> <li>Using data and insights to drive alignment on strategic priorities and influence our overall monetization strategy</li> <li>Delivering consistent and scalable education, tools, and resources to agencies to educate and inspire them on Pinterest’s solutions for partners alike</li> <li>Building close XFN partnerships across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams</li> <li><strong>Developing and executing programs and processes that drive revenue, product adoption, and differentiated value with feed management partners</strong></li> <li><strong>Defining API &amp; Feed Management go to market strategy, ensuring the right incentive models, product roadmaps, education programs, and partner marketing opportunities are in place to meet partner needs and accelerate growth </strong></li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in digital advertising at a fast growing ad tech company, e-comm / feed management partner, or digital platform</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience</li> <li>Experience working with partners who play a key role in data optimization &amp; product feed management, including: ecommerce platforms, data onboarding platforms, and feed management platforms</li> <li>Experience driving partner enabled adoption and growth via partner programs </li> <li>Deep expertise in online advertising and the broader ad tech landscape</li> <li>Familiarity with performance and feed-based advertising products</li> <li>Familiarity with API integrations and API-based platforms</li> <li>Experience distilling down market opportunities and insights for the purpose of defining both commercial and go-to-market strategies</li> <li>Sharp eye for detail and proven project management and operational skills</li> <li>Keen ability to translate complexity into simple, clear communication and approach</li> <li>Excellent collaboration and influencing skills to create trusted partnerships, lead challenging conversations, and align senior stakeholders behind on goals </li> <li>A passion for Pinterest!<br /><br /></li> </ul> <p><strong>Relocation Statement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This position<strong> </strong>is not<strong> </strong>eligible for relocation assistance.
