We are looking for a highly motivated Backend Software Engineer to join our team in developing a unified infrastructure data layer for large organizations. The applications are deployed across multiple platforms and databases. We value team players who are independent, proactive, and passionate about self-learning. How will you make an impact? You will actively contribute to the development of product features and help shape the technical direction of our infrastructure layer. Your responsibilities will include: <ul> <li>Leading and participating in feature development.</li> <li>Enforcing coding standards and best practices across the team.</li> <li>Analyzing feature requirements, creating design documents, and reviewing them with stakeholders.</li> <li>Driving continuous improvement in development processes to ensure efficient product delivery.</li> <li>Reviewing design and code contributions from other team members.</li> <li>Delivering high-quality, sustainable, and maintainable code.</li> </ul> Have you got what it takes? <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a backend Scala/Java software engineer.</li> <li>Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL.</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD tools and practices including Git, Maven, Jenkins.</li> <li>A proactive mindset with the ability to take tasks from planning to completion.</li> </ul> It would be very NICE if you have: <ul> <li>Experience with Docker or container technologies.</li> <li>Familiarity with Kafka.</li> <li>Exposure to cloud technologies, especially AWS.</li> <li>Experience working in Linux environments (shell scripting, system administration).</li> </ul> What’s in it for you?
