Therefore this role also requires active engagement on deployments, monitoring, incident management and response, vendor oversight, and general ongoing operations activities. In this role, we require someone who can:<ul><li>Enhance the scalability of web applications through the use of component-based architecture and, ensuring outstanding performance.</li><li>Work in a Hybrid Engineering model and contribute to all phases of SDLC including design, discovery, implementation, code reviews, automation, and testing.</li><li>Utilize cutting-edge technologies such as React/Next.js for frontend development, REST and GraphQL APIs for efficient data querying, and leverage the robust infrastructure of AWS Services.</li><li>Strategically plan, design, and execute the implementation of highly scalable solutions that meet current and future business needs.</li><li>Innovate and invent the future of Agile and DevOps, drive continuous improvement with a focus on process, controls, scalability, and maturity.</li><li>Design, develop, and execute detailed, well-structured test cases and scripts based on product requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive high-coverage, high-quality unit tests.</li><li>Develop thorough functional, regression, and integration tests as appropriate.</li><li>Serve as the technical leader for the team, and collaborate with Architects and Principal Engineers in the application design process, contributing innovative ideas and technical expertise.</li><li>Mentor and inspire team members through code reviews and dedicated sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
