The RoleIntesa, a company of the Kyndryl Group, as part of its growth and positioning as a centre of innovation and digital transformation, is looking for a Project Manager to manage projects for both external and internal customers, concerning processes and tools supporting the companys business.  Kyndryl Project Managers oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll be the driving force for every aspect of a program’s success, and the “conductor” who orchestrates everyone’s efforts to make beautiful music together. As the single point of contact to the client, you’ll also be the living embodiment of Kyndryl’s reputation every day. As Project Manager, you have command of a very full and detail-oriented calendar. You’ll be constructing detailed project plans, managing teams, and leading meetings, status calls, and planning and cadence meetings. You will analyze and mitigate risks, manage finances, make sure the team has the right skills, then plan and delegate activity to hit deadlines, deliver on SLAs, and generally delight our clients. Of course, plans often evolve as a project unfolds, so you’ll need to practice continuous structural thinking and take ownership for value delivery, not just task scheduling. But as important as planning and organization are, communication is 90% of the job. You’re the single point of contact with the client, partners, and all stakeholders, supporting them and ensuring they get what they need. You’re also the bridge to every other team on the project, including both technical and account roles. The result is an exciting multicultural, often multilingual environment. Bottom line: You need to like interactions with other people and know how to be kind and empathetic but also assertive — and handle customer change requests with diplomacy. You’re going to be meeting a lot of people, networking, and forging relationships. Some projects or clients even involve “embedding” with the client at their location. Main activities:<ul><li>Identification of project governance strategy</li><li>Drafting and monitoring project plans</li><li>By analysing the scope of supply and feedback gathered from teams, identification of any open points to be addressed</li><li>Preparation and governance of internal/external project SALs</li><li>Monitoring of schedules, job margins and final accounts</li><li>Support and contribution to solution design</li><li> Management of any critical issues, proposing suitable solutions to guarantee compliance with deadlines and budgets</li><li>Management of evolutionary requests during project supervision activities</li><li>Optimization of delivery phases guaranteeing efficient performance and quality</li><li>Proactively identifying dependencies</li><li>Identification of risks and identification of risk mitigation actions</li><li>Verification that the project objectives are met and that all players are doing their job correctly</li></ul>Your future at Kyndryl Becoming a Project Manager at Kyndryl is an excellent gateway to many different paths. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Expertise</div></div></div></div><ul><li>2 years of experience in the field</li><li>Has gained previous experience in banking with a focus on direct sales channels</li><li>Is able to prepare with the internal team and personally manage a project plan both internally and with customers</li><li>Is able to prepare and update project SALs</li><li>Possesses a natural determination and predisposition to achieve objectives</li><li>Is familiar with and able to apply project management strategies based on the SME culture</li><li>Is able to formalize content appropriately and adapt his/her language register to the context of his/her interlocutor</li><li>Is able to implement mediation strategies even in critical situations</li><li>Can analyze a problem from different points of view, identifying one or more alternatives for resolution and guiding the implementation of the solution</li></ul>Preferred Technical and Professional Experience<ul><li>Preferably Degree in Economics, Management Engineering/Computer Science or similar;</li><li>In the absence of a degree, a diploma accompanied by relevant work experience in the field is required;</li><li>Good knowledge of English, a B2-C1 level is required as a minimum.</li></ul> Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
