Join us.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a (junior) Project Manager you will be responsible to deliver end-to-end project services and for the operational delivery (safety, time, cost, quality) of one or more projects, including HSSE requirements, performance criteria/objectives together with all deliverables and financials.<br /> You will be based in The Hague office but site presence is required for the envisioned assignment.<br /> You will be part of an international team, delivering project Management and Construction<br /> Management from our The Hague office and the design from the UK office.</p><p><br /> <strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure safe delivery and compliance with HSSE requirements</li><li>Take ownership for Contract Management and internal/external KPIs</li><li>Ensure Delivery of scope in line with AECOM Contract</li><li>Support in drafting the Project Execution Plan</li><li>Support in Coordinating project’s stakeholders: management, client, designers, contractors, etc.</li><li>Information Management &amp; Document Control</li><li>Update and issue risk register including mitigation measures</li><li>Review site works, measure quantities on site</li><li>Review change orders from contractors</li><li>Review monthly invoicing from contractors</li><li>Compare estimation with benchmarks</li><li>Check competitiveness of the budget</li><li>Challenge schedule to improve project costs</li><li>Present cost estimation to the client</li><li>Handover cost estimation report and supporting documents to contractors</li><li>Support in closing final account with the contractor</li><li>Report to the project manager </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Fluent in Dutch and English</strong></li><li>Team Player</li><li>Technical background in Construction.
