Youll be the driving force behind employee growth, leadership development, onboarding experiences and capability building. This is a unique global opportunity to shape the future of our talent strategy and make a real impact across Kpler.</span></div><h3>Your mission is to</h3><ul><li>Design and deliver an L&amp;D strategy that supports business growth, capability development and employee retention.</li><li>Design and manage leadership development frameworks across all levels (emerging, mid-level, executive) with a clear progression path and measurable outcomes.</li><li>Build scalable learning programs, from onboarding and functional training to leadership development and cross-functional upskilling.</li><li>Partner with team leads and executives to identify learning needs across the organization and translate them into engaging, data-driven solutions. </li><li>Introduce learning systems or tools, such as an LMS or knowledge-sharing platforms, and ensure their adoption and impact. </li><li>Measure effectiveness of learning initiatives using data and feedback loops to iterate and improve. </li><li>Drive a culture of continuous learning through campaigns, internal workshops, coaching programs and knowledge-sharing opportunities ensuring optimal ROI on programs, platforms and partnerships.</li><li>Collaborate with People team members to embed learning into the employee lifecycle, growth plans, performance cycles and career paths. </li><li>Champion DEI and inclusive learning practices across Kpler.</li><li>Conduct periodic skills gap and capability analyses across teams to proactively align learning initiatives with future business needs.</li><li>Collaborate with the People Partners and Managers to build career pathing frameworks that connect learning with internal mobility and talent retention.</li><li>Manage external vendors or consultants for specialized programs or content delivery.</li><li>Oversee the administration, adoption, and continuous optimization of L&amp;D platforms such as Udemy, Go1, and Culture Amp to ensure an engaging and scalable learning experience.</li></ul><h3>Role requirements</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in L&amp;D or Talent Development, ideally with experience in a scale-up or fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proven ability to build L&amp;D strategies from scratch and execute at both strategic and tactical levels. </li><li>Strong facilitation and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and engagement.</li><li>Experience with learning technologies, tools, and methodologies. </li><li>Data-oriented mindset, able to evaluate impact, identify gaps and continuously improve.</li><li>High autonomy, adaptability and bias for action.</li><li>Passion for people, growth and innovation.</li><div><br /></div><div><b>Desired</b></div><li>Experience in implementing or managing an LMS or LXP. </li><li>Coaching certification or experience delivering internal coaching programs. </li><li>Familiarity with agile or startup culture and ways of working.</li><div><br /></div></ul><div><span>We are a dynamic company dedicated to nurturing connections and innovating solutions to tackle market challenges head-on.
