In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end accounting processes, tax reporting support, and month-end closings. You’ll work closely with both finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with local regulations.</span></div><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Accounting activities related to the Polish and American entities.</li><li>Record and reconcile cash accounts on a daily basis.</li><li>Record, track and pay vendors through accounts payable.</li><li>Record sales and purchase transactions in line with applicable accounting standards.</li><li>Assist with receivables and receivable collections.</li><li>Support the preparation of VAT and CIT tax declarations.</li><li>Take part in month-end and year-end closing activities (account reconciliations, accruals, prepayments).</li><li>Ensure accuracy of accounting entries following local regulations.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the finance team and other departments to maintain data integrity.</li><li>Support external/internal audit processes.</li><li>Support in preparing reports for NBP and GUS</li><li>Assistance with the fixed assets register.</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li><b>At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role</b></li><li>Experience in any accounting system (NetSuite, Optima, SAP etc.)</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and solid command of other MS Office tools.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including revenue recognition standards.</li><li>Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.</li><li><b>English and Polish proficiency at a B2 level or higher (written and spoken).</b></li></ul><h3>Nice to haves:</h3><ul><li>A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. </li><li>Experience with the Polish accounting activities</li><li>Experience with NetSuite </li><li>Experience in preparing VAT returns</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary: <b>PLN 8,000 – 9,000 gross (employment contract) or equivalent under B2B</b>.</li><li>A comprehensive benefits package: private medical care, cafeteria program, group insurance, Multisport card.</li><li>Flexible hybrid work model: 3 days in the office, the rest remote.</li><li>A friendly, supportive work environment where your ideas matter.</li><li>Opportunities to work on international projects and directly contribute to our growth.</li></ul>
