You build trust easily, collaborate across teams, and advocate for customers while mitigating risk for the business. <h1>Your Success Profile</h1> <h2>What You Will Work On</h2> <ul> <li>Serve as a regional subject matter expert for EMEA and guide for customers navigating complex international compliance requirements while using Justworks EOR product, helping mitigate risks associated with global employment and ensure alignment with local regulations. </li> <li>Support complex, high-impact customer needs, including EMEA country-specific compliance questions, terminations, benefits nuances, and intricate leave scenarios. </li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive, region-specific guidance to help customers mitigate risk and maximize value. </li> <li>Identify opportunities to optimize and expand Justworks’ international offerings within your EMEA region. </li> <li>Work cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Ops, Product and Expansion to stay informed on EMEA industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices and proactively share this knowledge with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of their investment in our products, while remaining in compliance. </li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting best practices, sharing knowledge, and influencing product and process enhancements.</li> </ul> <h2>How You Will Do Your Work</h2> <ul> <li>Advocate for the customer while balancing risk and compliance considerations.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex problems and deliver seamless international experiences.</li> <li>Translate complex international regulations and processes into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal partners.</li> <li>Operate independently while contributing to team knowledge and scaling best practices.</li> </ul> In addition, all Justworkers focus on aligning their behaviors to our core values known as COGIS.
