<h1>Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first  </h1>As a Lead AI/ML DevOps Engineer at Humana, you will be responsible for leading the development, deployment, and monitoring of AI/ML models and systems. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of AI/ML solutions. Additionally, you will focus on streamlining the deployment process, ensuring the scalability and reliability of AI/ML models, and monitoring their performance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and enforce governance policies and standards across all deployment pipelines to ensure consistency and efficiency.</li><li>Drive the DevOps governance adoption, implementing controls to streamline the software delivery process and improve reliability.</li><li>Establish and monitor DORA (DevOps Research and Assessment) metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.</li><li>Champion a DevOps mindset, promoting agility, speed, and efficiency in the software delivery process.</li><li>Explore and implement ways to deliver software faster, without compromising on quality or reliability.</li><li>Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment with governance policies and best practices.</li><li>Lead efforts to automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.</li><li>Mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.</li><li>Focus on key DevOps pillars, including continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), quality, security, compliance, metrics, and reporting.</li><li>Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements throughout the software delivery lifecycle.</li><li>Use metrics and KPIs to drive performance improvements and transparency within the DevOps function.</li></ul><h1> Use your skills to make an impact  </h1>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a focus on governance, cloud infrastructure, and automation.</li><li>Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.</li><li>Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions</li><li>Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.</li><li>Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Masters Degree</li><li>LLM model DevOps experience</li><li>API and AI gateway management experience</li></ul>Additional InformationTo ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.  $129,300 - $177,800 per year  This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
