Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the Charge: Own the public cloud Containers (Fleet Management) strategy and its execution, enabling Citis secure and enterprise-scale adoption of public cloud.</li><li>Build and Inspire: Lead and grow a team of deeply technical cloud specialists and full-stack software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.</li><li>Innovate and Automate: Drive client satisfaction and business value by identifying and developing process improvement and automation initiatives.</li><li>Partner and Collaborate: Establish partnerships across the broader Citi technology landscape to align with business growth initiatives and priorities.</li><li>Engineering Excellence: Define measurable success criteria and routinely assess service availability and reliability.</li><li>Champion Compliance: Drive compliance with applicable standards, policies, and regulations, always assessing risk with Citis reputation, clients, and assets in mind.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>10+ years of relevant experience</li><li>Cloud Engineering Expertise: a deep understanding of public cloud services adoption at scale. Expert-level understanding of AWS/GCP across:</li><li>Kubernetes Container Platform – AWS EKS, GCP GKE, etc.</li><li>Fleet Management Solutions – Rancher, Flux, ArgoCD, etc</li><li>Cloud Native Virtualisation – AWS EC2, GCP Compute Engine, AWS Image builder, etc</li><li>Serverless Compute – AWS Lambda, GCP Function, etc.</li><li>Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Hands On Expertise: demonstrable experience with the following:<ul><li>Programming Languages: Python and Go. </li><li>CI/CD: Terraform, Harness, Tekton, Jenkins, etc.</li><li>Testing Automation: Terratest, Cucumber, PytestBD, AWS Fault Injection Simulator (FIS), Chaos Mesh, etc</li></ul></li><li>Agile and DevOps Mindset: Familiarity with Agile Development, DevOps, and SRE practices.</li><li>Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements</li><li>Strategic Thinking: Experience evaluating complex requirements and rationalizing them into a consistent service offering.</li><li>Excellent communication: the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Leadership Experience: A proven track record of managing a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing Engineering team.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Master’s degree preferred</li></ul>------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Technology------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Applications Development------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Irving Texas United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$156,160.00 - $234,240.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
