POS-12454 <hr /> We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join HubSpots Company Pillar who is passionate about providing top-tier support to our leaders and employees, while thinking creatively about how we can continuously improve the employee experience and optimize their time so they can focus on growing better. In this role, youll get to: <ul> <li>Manage the daily calendars and travel needs of Company Pillar leaders, handling all incoming/outgoing meeting requests.</li> <li>Serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, including vendors, Board members, investors, and other strategic partners, ensuring professional and timely communication on behalf of Company Pillar executives.</li> <li>Support the leadership team in the preparation of All Team meetings and team offsites - this may include ownership of the agenda, arranging and managing logistics and pulling content together.
