Job Posting Title:Executive AssistantReq ID:10135696Job Description:The Integrated Marketing &amp; Synergy Team leads Synergy initiatives and custom multi- platform promotions to drive awareness, engagement and interest for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and Disney+. The team works with key partners across TWDC and with external media networks to amplify the paid media campaigns and build out media promotions for theatrical and streaming content.  This role is for an enthusiastic, highly collaborative marketing individual who possesses a unique blend of creative and business skills combined with the ability to deliver results! The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive mindset, team focused individual with the ability to multi-task and keep a positive attitude under tight deadlines, all with meticulous attention to detail.  Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide administrative support to the Integrated Marketing &amp; Synergy teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and conference rooms, answering phones/taking messages, expense report submission, et cetera </li></ul><ul><li>Manage, organize, and update department electronic files (shared network folders) and printing all necessary documents for the team  </li></ul><ul><li>Organize, update, and deliver team documents and databases </li></ul><ul><li>Source, process, and traffic all creative assets </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate Partner film screenings, including submission for approval, RSVPs and check-ins </li></ul><ul><li>Keep current with industry trends and new advertising opportunities  </li></ul><ul><li>Assist on team projects above and beyond daily activities, as needed </li></ul>  Education/Experience Required: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience </li><li> Proficient in MAC </li><li> Keynote and Google Docs experience required </li><li> Excellent Computer Skills required – Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint </li></ul><ul><li>Minimum one year’s administrative experience at senior management level within entertainment industry  </li></ul><ul><li>SAP experience  </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, change course of action quickly, flexible </li></ul><ul><li>Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure </li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional organizational and follow-thru skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously </li></ul><ul><li>Effective communicator, both verbally and written </li></ul><ul><li>Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible </li></ul><ul><li>Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively with other assistants and staff at all levels. </li></ul><ul><li>Team player and easy-going manner to handle varied personalities, responsibilities, and assignments. </li></ul><div><div><div></div></div></div><div><div> </div></div>The hiring range for this position in California is $54,000.00 to $72,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
