The performance Marketing uses developing and maturing ad technologies to achieve remarkable data-driven results within auction-based or otherwise addressable media platforms; they also support other paid media and marketing efforts with insights, recommendations, and innovative marketing technologies. Performance Marketing includes Marketing Technology and Marketing Science who help drive innovation, as well as units for Performance Marketing Strategy &amp; Operations, Marketing Analytics, and Marketing Compliance who ground the overall team in the business. Together, we strive and collaborate for continuous improvement in advertising effectiveness and efficiency while protecting and enhancing the magical brands of The Walt Disney Studios!The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to an SVP and 2 VPs, as well as assisting their teams on title specific needs as they arise.The Executive Assistant must possess flexibility and be willing to assume challenges. They must have a strong desire to grow within the job and learn more about Studios Marketing key initiatives and businesses.Job Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Provide overall administrative support for SVP and 2 VPs</li><li>Internal and external meeting coordination, including logistics/preparation/invitations/materials for the above-mentioned executives and periodically, for their teams</li><li>Weekly preparation of materials, to be organized and distributed in partnership with team</li><li>Partnering and working extensively with internal departments and external vendors to provide and/or receive necessary information, materials, approvals, updates, etc.</li><li>Works with full teams on project and department specific execution needs</li><li>Book travel arrangements in a timely manner</li><li>Preparation of all business-related expenses using SAP travel proxy role and ensuring expense reports are completed and filed in a timely manner</li><li>Potential opportunity to take on coordinator level projects and tasks, in addition to administrative duties, and contribute to the continuous improvement of department processes and communication across projects</li></ul>Basic Qualifications:  <ul><li>1+ years of experience providing administrative support in an Executive Assistant capacity or similar role</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills to assure successful interaction with executives and colleagues</li><li>Proficient across Microsoft platform tools</li><li>Detail oriented with superior organization skills</li><li>Able to prioritize and multi-task and work well with others in a rapidly changing environment</li><li>Reliable, flexible, and reachable</li><li>Team player with a positive outlook</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Relevant experience in media or advertising preferred</li><li>Advanced in MS Office – PowerPoint, Keynote</li><li>Proficient to Advanced in Airtable</li><li>SAP Experience</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience</li></ul></div>The hiring range for this position in California is $59,600.00 to $79,800.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
