Use that knowledge to proactively manage calendars and triage conflicts effectively.</li><li>Instead of reacting to issues that have already occurred, leverage your unique perspective and knowledge to proactively identify conflicts/needs and resolve them independently.</li><li>Handles correspondence and assembles sensitive information</li><li>Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly reporting violations of the Code or company policies</li><li>Performs duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Be kind.</li><li>5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior level executives.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and ability to effortlessly juggle multiple tasks and priorities.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Independent executor who will seek answers, context, or direction when needed.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively execute tasks with precision.</li><li>Proficient in productivity tools, including Excel, OneNote, Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
