You should have a passion for usability, an eye for visual consistency, and the ability to synthesize complexity into its essential parts. You are interested and have experience in the unique challenges of designing for AI, agentic platforms, and machine learning. You are an effective diplomat with strong communication and operational skills who is willing to advocate for the position of customers in the face of senior balancing points from Product Management, Design and Engineering leadership. “World-class” is the bar and you have the desire to take us there!</span></div><div><br /></div><h3>Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Ability to manage ambiguous and complex product areas to deliver strong work on tight schedules</li><li>Experience working across multiple projects at once</li><li>Identify and prioritize usage scenarios through customer research and competitive analysis</li><li>Analyze user feedback and activity to develop personas</li><li>Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows</li><li>Design functional prototypes to prove out interaction models</li><li>Strong partnership with engineering and product management to drive shared vision and execution of product plans</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, visual design, or equivalent work experience</li><li>5+ years of experience in designing world-class software</li><li>Expert knowledge of user-centred design principles</li><li>Fluency and expertise with Figma, and industry standard design tools</li><li>Solid portfolio of work spanning multiple projects</li><li>Experience with UX for enterprise software products, channels, or marketplaces a plus</li><li>Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills</li><li>Bonus: Prior experience with designing for AI and agentic platforms</li></ul><div><span>Base salary range: $130,000 - $158,000</span></div><div><span>Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>The above represents total expected compensation for this role.
