As part of the Shipping team, you will play a key role in crafting delightful shipping and delivery experiences for our buyers and sellers. As a Senior Staff Product Designer, you will help deliver strategy and innovation for the Shipping experience. This advanced role establishes foundational design architecture, develops cross-team alignment and scalability, and elevates design-led influence and customer advocacy across the organization. You’ll craft sophisticated and simple customer experiences that tackle complex customer problems at a global scale. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative and encouraging user experience team who work across global buyer and seller experience focused products.
