You will be working with commercial and cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, HR, Marketing) around the world with a global scope. <h1>YOUR IMPACT</h1> <ul> <li>Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Commercial leadership team. Highlight  best performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under performance;  </li> <li>Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning;</li> <li>Participate in projects to make data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting,  growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement and sales incentive design;  </li> <li>Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making  recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow  teams, and improve seller productivity;   </li> <li>Build and present reports to senior sales leadership;</li> <li>Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues (support);</li> <li> Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.</li> </ul> <h1>WHO YOU ARE</h1> <ul> <li>Work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience;</li> <li>Familiarity with financial modeling and financial planning;</li> <li>Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions;</li> <li>Analytical skills (experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses);</li> <li>Technically savvy with good proficiency in Excel;</li> <li>Concise communication (able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership);</li> <li>Proactive (capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations);</li> <li>Problem Solving skills;</li> <li>Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM its a plus;</li> <li>A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles;</li> </ul> We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
