Then be part of an exciting team within Fidelity that is building a new brokerage platform that provides cryptocurrency and securities trading within and outside of the firm.This role will provide technical leadership of critical components of the core brokerage platform.  In this role you will be responsible for leading a large team, architecture decisions, and the engineering practice.The role is based in Boston, MA, Jersey City, NJ, or Westlake, TXThe Expertise We’re Looking For<ul><li>Bachelor level degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another technical field</li><li>Hands-on technical leader with track record of defining technical architecture and delivering solutions</li><li>Significant experience leading and managing teams</li><li>Any brokerage or cryptocurrency experience is a big plus</li><li>Experience working with a variety of programming languages, frameworks, operating systems, and platforms</li><li>Full-Stack development experience (front-end, middle-tier &amp; database)</li><li>Experience with Spring Boot and event-driven architecture is very desirable</li><li>Experience developing native cloud applications using microservices</li><li>Solid understanding of Kubernetes</li><li>Solid understanding of databases</li><li>Experience with Agile Methodologies</li><li>NoSQL experience desirable</li><li>Able to take a concept and turn it into a finished product</li><li>Ability to quickly learn and adopt diverse technologies</li><li>Ability to think strategically: creative thinker.
