As an Business Analyst, you’ll be the translator between data and decisions. You’ll dig into ServiceNow data, operational telemetry, financial performance, and predictive model outputs, and package them into insights, dashboards, and reports that leadership and Ops teams can act on. Your role ensures that our AI-driven future is not just technically sound but measurable, explainable, and trusted by the business. You’ll work cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Ops, and AI/ML teams to identify trends, measure ROI, and uncover opportunities where automation and AI can add value. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
