The position will be focused on maintaining system support, evaluating business processes and SAP best practices, recommending solutions as well as project execution / alignments.  This role primarily requires SAP expertise in Sales &amp; Distribution (SD), with a preferred understanding of a variety of related modules such as Master Data and Inventory Management.** This is a hybrid position working from either the Windsor Locks CT or Rockford IL Collins Aerospace facility **What YOU will do:<ul><li>Manage projects and processes working with cross-functional groups to complete production projects and enhancements.</li><li>Offer expert knowledge in supporting break/fix tickets and questions from the business in supply chain and materials management.</li><li>Work with the digital technology team on resolving difficult and complex problems.</li><li>Field complex configuration management related questions from the business including the analysis of interface documents issues and master data.</li><li>Responsible for coaching, reviewing, and delegating project work within the team.</li><li>Create enhancement requests for the business; tasks including requirements gathering, design, test, and creation of training material.</li><li>Contribute to the development of process solutions for strategic operation improvements.</li><li>Support SAP ECC and dependent system upgrades including regression testing efforts.</li><li>Provide training within the team and for end users.</li></ul>Qualifications YOU Must Have: <ul><li>Must be a U.S. Citizen.</li><li>Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.</li><li>Experience with SAP in Sales &amp; Distribution (SD), inventory management and master data.</li><li>Experience analyzing current business and technical processes for an assigned area to determine where system updates or new systems are needed</li><li>Experience in coordinating Business and DT Teams to ascertain system requirements, such as program functions, and reporting outputs.
