Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product mangers, to integrate diverse microservices and system components, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality and adherence to project timelines. Lead the design and implementation of backend services and critical system components, ensuring they are optimized for handling extensive data traffic and high transaction volumes. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, sharing expertise in modern development tools, technologies, and methodologies, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth. Present complex design solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making, and conduct thorough design reviews of peers’ work to ensure alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
