<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare and/or review the quarterly and annual US income tax provisions in accordance with ASC740 and IFRS, including deferred tax calculation, rate reconciliation, tax accounts reconciliation, and recording tax entries.</li><li>Review detailed workpapers to support federal and state income tax compliance in a timely and accurate manner. </li><li>Review and manage quarterly federal and state income tax estimates and extensions, ensuring making timely tax payments.</li><li>Oversee tax-related data collection and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.</li><li>Work closely with finance, treasury, and transfer pricing teams to ensure accurate data flow for tax compliance and provision calculations.</li><li>Conduct research on complex tax issues, including federal and state income tax regulations, and prepare memoranda to support tax positions.</li><li>Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise on impacts.</li><li>Assist with other special projects and process improvements.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>CPA or equivalent </li><li>7+ years of experience with public accounting and/or multinational corporate tax department in a public company</li><li>Strong background in ASC740 and IFRS tax accounting and reporting</li><li>Proven experience with managing complex US federal and state tax matters.</li><li>Experience with managing tax matters in multiple countries is preferred.</li><li>Understanding of transfer pricing principles and their practical implementation</li><li>High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with tax provisioning software (e.g. OneSource, Longview, etc.)</li><li>Flexible and open-minded personality and Hands-on work mentality</li><li>Well organized and hardworking, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.</li><div><br /></div></ul><div><b>Life @ <a href="http://Crypto.com">Crypto.com</a></b></div><div><span>Empowered to think big.
