This position is key in handling the tax consequences of global mobility and facilitating a smooth transition for employees across different countries. Your main objective is to reduce tax-related risks and costs, while ensuring that both the organization and its employees adhere to relevant tax lawsJob Description:<ul><li>Qualification: Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate, MBA.</li><li>A US CPA or Enrolled Agent is mandatory.</li><li>Experience: 8+ years in US Individual Taxation (Form 1040) in a recognized firm or Big4.</li><li>Should be a signer of US Individual Income tax returns (HNI) for a minimum of 18-24 months.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Experience in team management and responsible for quality control within the team.</li><li>Possess sound technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, along with analytical thinking ability.</li><li>Should have experience of working closely with foreign offices and clients.</li><li>Capability to guide and support team members with technical stands and queries.</li><li>Willingness to support team functions and experience in mentoring juniors in learning basic and new tax technical topics.</li></ul>Additional Information <ul><li>This is a full-time position </li><li>Work Location: Bangalore / Kolkata</li></ul>We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.
