In this role, you’ll build scalable analytical models and deliver accurate reporting to help drive operational and strategic decisions. You will be a key contributor to our centralized Analytics team, partnering closely with our Revenue and Marketing functions. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will… <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs and formulate end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, visualizations</li> <li>Translate underlying needs of our business into key metrics and frequently analyze and report to stakeholders</li> <li>Maintain, develop, and automate reporting needs at Cribl with an ability to context switch between projects; this role will be divided between supporting ad-hoc data requests and project work </li> <li>Scale our data technology stack by managing data sets in our data warehouse, creating meaningful data transformations, and making data available in our BI tool</li> <li>Empower Criblanians to self-service all their data needs by developing, scaling and leading the enablement of our centralized BI tool</li> <li>Build and manage dashboards and self-serve data products to give teams visibility into marketing funnel health, attribution, and pipeline performance.</li> <li>Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses (e.g., regression, cohort, funnel, and time-series modeling) to uncover patterns and inform planning.</li> <li>Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring reliability of marketing data pipelines.</li> <li>We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours </li> </ul> If You’ve Got It - We Want It <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in data or analytics roles with strong SQL skills.</li> <li>Five years of experience working with GTM data (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Revenue)  and working closely with stakeholders to establish a roadmap of technical work</li> <li>Proven ability to derive insights, conduct strategic analysis, and create clear and compelling data visualizations from large revenue data sets across multiple sources.</li> <li>Familiarity with the modern data tech stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools (e.g. Omni, Looker, Tableau). Advanced technical expertise in SQL, data modeling, and building dashboards. </li> <li>Strong communication and organizational abilities and capable of leading strategic projects with minimal guidance and managing priorities effectively.</li> <li>Analytical thinker comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated, and adept at working cross-functionally. Especially adept at embracing change and resourcefully addressing problems that don’t have clear solutions.</li> <li>Excels in collaborative environments, engaging effectively with peers and stakeholders to achieve goals and actively participate in meetings.</li> <li>Possesses a proactive and high degree of ownership, astutely identifying opportunities for improvement, driving new processes, and rallying the team to solutionize problems together. </li> </ul> Salary Range ($99,000 - $155,000) The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location.
