About the Role: SecurityScorecard is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) Insights team. This highly visible role will partner closely with GTM and Customer Success leadership to deliver strategic, data-driven insights and operational support to Customer Success and go-to-market functions.  We are looking for a curious, business-minded analytics professional with a strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes. As a Senior Analyst, you will not only build and maintain reporting infrastructure but also proactively identify trends, opportunities, and risks—helping leadership focus on what truly moves the needle. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Partner with SVP of Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance to design and deliver strategic analytics and reporting frameworks that support board-level and SLT visibility.</li> <li>Integrate and transform complex data sets from CRM, BI, and operational systems into consistent and trusted data models.</li> <li>Lead the effort to identify and address data gaps, optimizing data architecture and field mappings to improve reporting quality.</li> <li>Surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities by analyzing large, often incomplete datasets; conduct scenario modeling to inform go-to-market strategies.</li> <li>Deliver insights that enable leadership to make faster, evidence-based decisions on forecasting, pipeline health, resource allocation, and productivity levers.</li> <li>Champion best practices in reporting and visualization using Tableau, advanced Excel, and other BI tools, ensuring insights are intuitive and actionable for business users.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to RevOps leadership, presenting insights with clarity and influencing strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.</li> <li>Provide ad hoc analysis in response to evolving business priorities, often under tight deadlines.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field supporting go-to-market organizations.</li> <li>Proven ability to influence strategic decision-making by connecting data-driven insights to business outcomes.</li> <li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to extract insights from imperfect data and communicate recommendations effectively.</li> <li>Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions and metrics, including gross and net revenue retention, customer health metrics, and renewal reporting.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into concise, executive-ready narratives.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce.com, Gainsight) and integrating them with data visualization tools.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.</li> <li>A proactive, curious mindset—always looking for opportunities to improve how the business leverages data to drive growth.</li> </ul> Benefits: Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more! The estimated total compensation range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range.
