Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in executing events, producing visually compelling content, and ensuring campaign excellence through HubSpot. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a hands-on marketer who enjoys switching between events, design projects, and marketing automation tasks—helping our team move fast, stay organized, and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Coordinate deliverables for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry events—including pre-show marketing, vendor and partner coordination, and on-site support.</li> <li>Support cross-functional event campaigns by building promotional emails, landing pages, and post-event workflows in HubSpot.</li> <li>Collaborate with team members on marketing assets such as event signage, one-pagers, social graphics, ads, and presentations that align with the AlignOps brand.</li> <li>Manage requests and maintain an organized library of deliverables for the marketing and sales teams.</li> <li>Assist in tracking key event and campaign metrics, including leads, engagement, and pipeline influence.</li> <li>Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>2–4 years of marketing experience (B2B SaaS or construction tech preferred).</li> <li>Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub required.</li> <li>Excellent organization and project management abilities, with attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong written and visual communication skills.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. </li> </ul> This is a full-time remote position located in the United States. Employees hired within a designated radius of the office are expected to work on-site according to a schedule set by management based on the requirements of their role. Benefits &amp; Compensation <ul> <li>The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000-$75,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. </li> <li>The AlignOps benefit program includes health, dental, and vision coverage.
