This role is pivotal in <strong>designing, building, and optimizing</strong> our marketing operations to enhance our SaaS products reach and efficiency.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is an <strong>AI-first problem-solver</strong> with a robust background in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations. We are looking for a dynamic team player who <strong>proactively analyzes problems, digs into data to make decisions, and builds creative automation solutions</strong> (with and without code). You will be a key driver of efficiency, ensuring all our systems and automations are built with a purpose, supporting the <strong>entire customer lifecycle</strong>.</p> <h3>Some things you’ll do</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Data Integrity and Process Improvement:</strong> Maintain rigorous data analysis and auditing practices to uphold data integrity. Implement and refine processes and integrations to improve overall marketing operational efficiency.</li> <li><strong>GTM Tech Stack Integration &amp; Automation :</strong> Ensure seamless functionality across all platforms for optimal data flow and accessibility. This includes tools like Salesforce, <a href="http://Customer.io">Customer.io</a>, Snowflake, Google Analytics, Airtable, N8n and more!</li> <li><strong>Campaign Development Support:</strong> Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for CIO. Operationalize campaign creation, deployment, and management processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness on behalf of our Growth and Demand Generation teams.</li> <li><strong>Google Analytics Management:</strong> Own and manage all aspects of Google Analytics, including monitoring web tracking metrics like visitors, sessions, conversions, and SEO performance. Manage relationships with agencies regarding GA, Ads, and website optimization.</li> <li><strong>Work Collaboratively with multiple teams:</strong> Collaborate closely with the sales, product, customer success, and other marketing teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives</li> </ul> <h3>What we’re looking for</h3> <ul> <li>3-5 years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations or Sales Operations (Ideally at a B2B SaaS company)</li> <li>2+ years working in a fast-growing start-up environment where a growth mindset, adaptability and a drive for continuous improvement are valued.</li> <li>High Technological Proficiency in CRM and database management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake), integration architecture and process building.</li> <li>Experience in managing Google Analytics and other similar web analytics tools.</li> <li>Demonstrated capability in building &amp; managing custom integrations integrations, including comfort working with APIs and webhooks.</li> <li>Comfort building, testing and deploying roust no-code automators in tools such as N8n, Zapier, SFDC Flows, Postman etc.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills with a history of using automation to address complex issues.</li> <li>Experience in data handling, including analytics, database management and SQL.</li> <li>Ability to independently manage projects and contribute to team goals while maintaining detailed documentation and adhering to internal project management methodologies.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Desired Attributes</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Highly self-motivated with a passion for software, automation, integration, and continuous learning.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational skills, with experience in project management methodologies and thorough documentation practices.</li> <li>A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.</li> </ul> <h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3> <p>We believe in transparency.
