The team is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel. </div><div>The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in growing and scaling a fast-growing, affiliate marketing business in the US and Canada. This is a highly collaborative role which will work across the Disney business, as well as high-profile external partners. </div><div> </div><div>Responsibilities: </div><div> </div><div><ul><li>Assist in implementing strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion, and efficiency via the global Disney+ affiliate marketing program </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support operational program management, including creative asset preparation, reporting, and insight aggregation </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like PR, brand, legal, and media strategy teams </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Regularly analyze data and metrics to identify key opportunities to improve KPI performance, increase program scale, and enhance the efficiency of marketing spend </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Build strategic relationships with key business, analytics, and technology leaders to ensure program and product success. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Identify and recommend new affiliate partners, manage relationships with top performing partners, and implement optimization strategies to maximize partnership effectiveness  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Conduct market research to stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Champion a collaborative work environment that cultivates shared understanding, transparency, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning </li></ul></div><div>Qualifications: </div><div><ul><li>2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in affiliate marketing, performance media or partnership marketing </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; and/or relevant work experience  </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Passion for entertainment and streaming </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven track record of success, working with cross-functional teams in a global or highly complex organization </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Polished communicator comfortable translating business needs into tactical plans </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Highly analytical and collaborative qualities with strong technical, strategic, and problem-solving skills </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to balance competing priorities and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment where change is the norm </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Sense of humor and desire to have fun! </li></ul></div></div></div></div>The hiring range for this position in New York City, NY is $74,300.00-$99,600.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
