You Have:<ul><li>8+ years of experience in power systems or energy storage integration</li><li>Experience with long-duration energy storage technologies such as flow batteries or zinc-based</li><li>Ability to deliver complex electrical system designs and projects</li><li>Ability to travel up to 25% of the time</li><li>Ability to obtain a Secret clearance</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) License</li></ul>Nice If You Have:<ul><li>Experience in procurement and vendor coordination for large-scale energy projects</li><li>Experience with commissioning and acceptance testing of energy systems</li><li>Experience with Department of Defense or other federal energy projects</li><li>Experience with microgrids, islanded operation, and advanced controls</li><li>Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements for energy and control systems</li><li>Knowledge of utility interconnection standards, protection schemes, and electrical codes, including NEC, IEEE, or NFPA</li><li>Possession of excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills</li><li>Secret clearance</li><li>Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field</li></ul>Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
