<p><span>Eaton’s Industrial Controls Division is currently seeking a Lead Test Engineer. This is a hybrid position (3 days on-site, 2 days remote per week) based at our Menomonee Falls, WI location. Relocation assistance will be provided to candidates currently residing within the US/PR. </span></p><p><span>The expected annual salary range for this role is $93750.03 - $137500.04 a year.  </span></p><p><span>Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Primary products are related to advanced motor protection, communications, reduced voltage starting and variable frequency drives for industrial applications; leveraging embedded micro-controllers and digital signal processors in a real time operating system environment. The candidate will work within a firmware center of excellence together with other team members driving new product and process development while leveraging modern toolchains. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead test development and test execution for new product introductions and support development team through project lifecycle</li><li>Defining test plans and procedures</li><li>Support the architecture, development and maintenance of automated test frameworks, test systems and toolsets including model-based testing such as HiL, SiL</li><li>Defining project schedule details and milestones related to test</li><li>Support process improvement initiatives globally and functional excellence</li><li>Leveraging DFSS tools/knowledge in development and execution of test plans</li><li>Support KPI and test documentation reporting, practices and toolsets</li><li>Lead root cause analysis for quality escapes and support root cause preventative actions</li><li>Delivering test related activities in alignment with Eaton’s phase gate process</li><li>Mentor test engineers globally</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2>Qualifications:</h2></div><div><p>Required (Basic) Qualifications: </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited institution</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in test engineering</li><li>Experience working with Python and C/C++</li><li>No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.  Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the specified job location(s) will be considered.  Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.</li><li>Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
