We are doubling the size of the company this next year and adding multiple recruiters to the team. This is a rare opportunity for ambitious &amp; startup-minded recruiters who want to experience non-linear growth by joining a top growth company very early on and building it to a successful exit.</div> <h2>At Applied Intuition, you will:</h2> <ul> <li>Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various software engineering roles</li> <li>Become an expert on the automotive, and autonomous systems industries</li> <li>Provide leadership with data and metrics on recruiting efforts</li> <li>Manage recruiting programs</li> <li>Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers (quick path to leadership)</li> </ul> <h2>Were looking for someone who has:</h2> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience</li> <li>Evidence of a fast growth trajectory at a reputable agency </li> <li>In-house recruiting experience </li> <li>Worked at a venture backed company</li> </ul> <h2>Nice to have:</h2> <ul> <li>People management experience</li> <li>Early recruiting team experience</li> </ul> <p>Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.</p> <p>Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position.
