The base pay for this position is $42- $47 per hour. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Headquarters in Boston, MA. This role is not a virtual / remote position - 4 days in office/ 1 day WFH. 6 month contract position with potential to convert to a permanent position based on business needs. What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Drive the full lifecycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and offer negotiation to meet established metrics.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with stakeholders and peers through well structured, frequent communication and reporting.</li> <li>Effectively set and manage expectations with hiring managers and/or cross functional partners while educating them on the recruiting lifecycle.</li> <li>Drive a world class candidate experience using empathy and transparency with candidates.</li> <li>Leverage data and critical thinking to diagnose recruiting challenges and guide search strategy.</li> </ul> What You’ll Need <ul> <li>4+ years of full cycle recruitment/sourcing experience, preferably in an agency environment.</li> <li>Specialization of technical hiring in one of the following fields - Software Engineering, Data Science / Machine Learning, Analytics, Product Management.</li> <li>Exceptional recruiting fundamentals (Sourcing, Negotiating, Candidate Experience etc).</li> <li>Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.</li> <li>Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.</li> <li>Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment.
