You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests and grow professionally.This opportunity is for a temporary contract (5 months), collaborating directly with our client’s engineering team.You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>5+ years of professional experience in software development</li><li>Solid knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript and Angular for front-end maintenance and enhancements.</li><li>Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration between distributed systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with JBoss or Apache application servers.</li><li>Working knowledge of Oracle databases for querying, debugging, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Proven ability to diagnose production issues, analyze logs, and deliver timely resolutions.</li><li>Fluent English communication (C1 level – technical and client-facing).</li><li>Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.</li><li>Experience with AWS or other cloud environments.</li><li>Familiarity with Linux commands and Bash scripting.</li><li>Exposure to monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk or New Relic.</li><li>Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git.</li></ul>You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and monitor support ticket queues and production alerts.</li><li>Investigate and resolve application incidents, ensuring system reliability.</li><li>Participate in control callouts and operational meetings with client stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify root causes and apply permanent fixes.</li><li>Support deployment processes, validate post-release stability, and document resolutions.</li><li>Contribute to improving application performance, monitoring, and automation initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><h3>Additional Information</h3><div></div>Here at Applaudo Studios values as trust, communication, respect, excellence and team work are our keys to success.
