You’ll balance hands-on coding with setting technical direction, reviewing designs, and troubleshooting distributed systems.</p> <p>Alongside your technical leadership, you’ll facilitate grooming sessions, assign and unblock work, ensure test coverage, and coordinate across teams on releases and dependencies. You’ll mentor engineers through code reviews and day-to-day guidance, raising the technical bar for the team. You’ll also drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices, setting the tone for how your team leverages AI for code quality, reviews, and system design.</p> <p>Importantly, this role is also a stepping stone to people management.
