This includes product engineering, media engineering, quality assurance, engineering behind personalization, commerce, lifecycle, and identity.This Lead Software Engineer, Personalization and Recommendations is a position within the Engagement Experiences &amp; Platforms team of The Walt Disney Company’s Entertainment and ESPN Technology group.This role reports to Data Team Lead, Personalization and Recommendations.This is a hands-on engineering position developing recommendation systems for personalized, data-driven experiences. In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team to conceptualize and develop world-class Disney apps. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
