This role is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, contributing directly to business performance, value creation, and strategic growth initiatives. <br />You will leverage your analytical expertise and fluency with Microsoft tools, PowerBI, and other business tools to deliver insights that guide key decisions across the business. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of professional experience who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is eager to contribute to company-wide priorities.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strategic Analysis &amp; Decision Support - Conduct financial, operational, and market analyses to support strategic planning, M&amp;A, capital allocation, and business optimization initiatives</li> <li>Executive Reporting &amp; Insights - Build and maintain executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and investor presentations that deliver actionable insights and enable performance tracking</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Product, and People teams to drive data alignment and support enterprise-wide initiatives</li> <li>Modeling &amp; Forecasting - Develop dynamic models to evaluate new opportunities, business cases, and ROI scenarios. Master’s degree a plus</li> <li>3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or a business analytics role</li> <li>Expertise in Microsoft Tools and Power BI; experience with SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive collaboration tools</li> <li>Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization capabilities</li> <li>Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear business insights</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and operate with agility in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Highly motivated self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a passion for value creation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Range:</strong></p> <p>The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $99,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
