This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on Airtable’s success, working cross-functionally and building the financial infrastructure that powers our next phase of growth.</p> <h1><strong>What youll do</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Support company-wide FP&amp;A, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for Cost of Revenue, R&amp;D, and G&amp;A functions</li> <li>Partner with business leaders to track spend and provide actionable insights on operational efficiency</li> <li>Consolidate and validate headcount and OpEx planning inputs with department leads</li> <li>Build and maintain OpEx and headcount reporting dashboards for timely, accurate visibility into spend vs. budget</li> <li>Deliver monthly variance analysis reports highlighting key drivers and recommending cost-control measures</li> <li>Support quarterly forecasting by consolidating inputs into updated financial models</li> <li>Develop automated processes to reduce manual reporting effort</li> <li>Take ownership of recurring financial deliverables presented to senior finance leaders</li> <li>Produce scenario analyses to evaluate trade-offs in spend allocation, hiring, or investments</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to track and present efficiency initiatives</li> <li>Lead improvements in forecasting accuracy and reporting toolkit scalability</li> <li>Provide ad hoc strategic analysis to inform long-term planning and executive decisions</li> </ul> <h1><strong>Who you are</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field (MBA or CFA a plus)</li> <li>2–4 years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting, ideally in a high-growth environment</li> <li>Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills, including dynamic models and scenario analysis</li> <li>Solid understanding of financial statements and ability to tie them to operating metrics</li> <li>Experience preparing management and executive-level reporting (variance analysis, OpEx tracking, dashboards)</li> <li>Familiarity with SaaS/technology business models and key SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, gross margin)</li> <li>Hands-on exposure to finance systems (ERP, planning software like Adaptive/Anaplan, or reporting tools)</li> <li>Comfort with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze large datasets</li> <li>Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills</li> <li>Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment</li> <li>Exposure to process automation or scaling reporting workflows is a plus</li> </ul> <p><span>Airtable is an equal opportunity employer.
