This critical role will be instrumental in driving our financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes, providing key insights to senior leadership, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance, gained through experience in FP&amp;A, investment banking, private equity, equity research, or other related discipline. Youll be a strategic thinker with exceptional financial modeling skills and a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights. Experience with financial planning systems is essential, with a strong preference for candidates proficient in Adaptive Planning.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the companys consolidated financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, forecasting and reporting.</li> <li>Prepare and present comprehensive financial analyses, reports, and dashboards to senior management and the executive team.</li> <li>Provide insightful analysis on financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and achieve operational efficiencies.</li> <li>Enhance and optimize our financial planning system (preferably Adaptive Planning) to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting capabilities.</li> <li>Maintain and administer our instance of Adaptive Planning system</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement in FP&amp;A processes and reporting.</li> <li>Mentor and develop junior members of the FP&amp;A team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.</li> <li>5+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in one or more of the following: FP&amp;A, investment banking, private equity, equity research, or other related discipline<strong>.</strong></li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis.</li> <li>Extensive experience with financial planning systems such as Oracle Hyperion, IBM TM1, SAP, or similar.</li> <li>Strong preference for candidates with direct experience and/or Administrative experience in Adaptive Planning.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.</li> <li>Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Slides.</li> </ul> <p>If youre a results-oriented finance professional with a passion for driving business performance, we encourage you to apply!</p> <p>This hybrid role requires in-office work (Mon, Tues, Thurs) in our San Jose, CA office. <strong>Candidates must be U.S. work authorized with no current or future sponsorship needs and live within 45 miles of one of these locations or relocate by the start date.</strong> Fully remote work is <strong>not</strong> available for this position.</p> <p>#LI-CG1*</p><div><div><div><p><span>The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
